Guarantee is void due to incorrect site selection, weather extremes, acts of God, or improper planting, care, or maintenance (includes failure to properly water). Delivery and labor charges apply if Sunset replants the item. This guarantee is not valid on sale items or discounted material, sod, ground cover, perennials, annuals, vegetables, fruit tree/shrubs, tropicals, ornamental grasses, or roses. |
